By using Primsly you agree to these terms and to the content rules.

Who can use Primsly

You must be 18 or older, have a Second Life account in good standing, and log in with your own avatar.

Your wallet and L$

• You top up by paying L$ to a Primsly terminal in Second Life. The L$ appear in your Primsly wallet.
• L$ are Linden Lab's virtual tokens. Primsly does not sell L$ or exchange them for money.
• Wallet L$ are for spending on Primsly: tips, subscriptions, and unlocks. Purchases are final.
• There is no fee to top up and no fee to withdraw earnings.

Subscriptions

• A subscription lasts 30 days and renews automatically from your wallet at the price you signed up at.
• If your wallet does not have enough L$ on the renewal date, the subscription ends.
• You can cancel at any time from your wallet page. You keep access until the end of the 30 days you paid for. There are no refunds for part of a month.
• Switching to another tier starts a new 30 days at the new price.

Pay-per-view

Unlocking a post gives you access to it for as long as the post and the creator's page are on Primsly.

Creators

• Primsly keeps 10% of each tip, subscription, and unlock. You receive the rest as earnings.
• You can withdraw earnings to your avatar at any time above the minimum payout.
• You keep ownership of your content. You give Primsly permission to store it and show it to the people you choose, for as long as it is posted.
• You are responsible for what you post. We may remove content or creator status for breaking the rules, and may hold payouts while we look into a serious report.

Ending your account

You can stop using Primsly at any time. We may close accounts that break these terms.

No guarantees

Primsly is provided as it is. We work hard to keep it running and to keep the books exact, but we cannot promise it will always be available. Primsly is not affiliated with Linden Lab.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will note the date at the top of this page.
